Bole Brick ("we", "us" or "our") respects your personal information and privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the Bole Brick official website, browse products and news, download building resources, watch videos, subscribe to updates or contact us, and the choices available to you.
This website primarily presents our brand and products, provides resources and helps you get in touch with us. If you follow a link to our official store to make a purchase, the store's privacy policy applies to the handling of orders, payments, delivery, returns, exchanges and store account information. This policy does not constitute your consent to processing unrelated to the features you use. Where the law requires consent, we will ask for it separately.
1. Scope
This policy applies to Bole Brick website pages that display it and their associated features. It does not apply to independently operated third-party websites, social platforms or services. Personal information means information that identifies an individual, either on its own or together with other information, or that relates to an individual. Information anonymized in accordance with the law so that individuals can no longer be identified and the process cannot be reversed is not personal information.
2. What information we process and why
- Website access and security:When you visit the website, download resources or request a security check, the servers and service providers involved receive technical information needed to process the request, such as your IP address, browser and device environment, access time and requested URL. This information helps deliver content, troubleshoot problems and prevent suspicious activity. The information actually logged depends on the configuration of the relevant service.
- Inquiries and business relationships:When you contact us by email, phone or another available inquiry channel, we process the name, email address, contact details, inquiry subject, business requirements and messages you choose to provide. We use this information to answer questions, provide parts and resource support, discuss distribution opportunities and follow up on requests. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, identity documents or sensitive information unrelated to your inquiry.
- Newsletter subscriptions:When you enter your email address and opt in to marketing emails, your subscription information is sent to the official store's Shopify subscription service to record your preferences and send relevant updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting the email address listed in this policy.
- Security verification:Our contact page uses GeeTest V4. After you select the privacy consent checkbox on the contact form, GeeTest may process network, browser, device and verification interaction information when its verification feature loads or is used. This helps identify automated requests, spam submissions and other suspicious activity. Our website receives and checks the verification result.
Contact form:After submission, your name, email address, inquiry type, subject and message are stored in the website's administration system so we can handle your inquiry and follow up. Business inquiries are sent to bole@bolebricks.com; product, technical and after-sales inquiries are sent to sales@bolebricks.com. We may send you an acknowledgment, subject to sending limits. The website also stores the time of your privacy consent, the policy version and a hashed network identifier used to prevent abuse. Emails are handled by the website's configured email service. Only authorized personnel may access this information as needed to handle inquiries. You can request access to or deletion of your information by emailing bole@bolebricks.com.
We process information on grounds permitted by applicable law. These may include your valid consent, processing necessary to respond to a service or business request you make, compliance with legal obligations, and security needs permitted by law. Simply viewing this policy does not give us blanket authorization to process information for every purpose.
3. Cookies, browser storage and external resources
The website and connected services may use cookies or similar technologies to support security verification, manage sessions or provide essential features. You can view, delete or restrict cookies and site data in your browser settings. Restricting essential storage may affect verification, subscriptions or other features.
Adopting this policy does not automatically enable behavioral advertising, cross-site profiling or new analytics tools on this website. If we introduce nonessential analytics or marketing technologies that require consent, we will provide further information and relevant choices before enabling them.

5. Sharing, transferring and disclosing information
We process and share information only as necessary to provide the services you choose, maintain security, handle your requests or meet legal obligations. Organizations engaged to provide technical, hosting or support services must process information for the agreed purposes and only to the extent necessary. Where separate notice or consent is required by law, we will follow the relevant procedures.
We do not publicly disclose your personal information without appropriate authorization, a legal obligation or another basis permitted by law. If a merger, restructuring or similar event involves the transfer of personal information, we will provide legally required information about the recipient and other relevant matters, and require the recipient to continue meeting its personal information protection obligations.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal information for the shortest period necessary to fulfill the relevant purpose, unless the law requires otherwise. Inquiry records are retained according to the needs of handling requests, providing follow-up support and meeting legal retention requirements. Subscription information is managed according to your subscription status and necessary compliance records. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, the retention period has ended or the conditions for deletion have been met, we will delete or lawfully anonymize the information. Where the law temporarily prevents deletion, we will limit processing to storage and necessary security measures.
We use access controls and security measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. No method of internet transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. If an incident affects the security of personal information, we will take remedial action and meet applicable notification obligations.
7. Cross-border services
Services such as GeeTest, YouTube and Shopify may involve servers or processing activities outside your country or region. Please refer to each service's privacy information for its processing locations and practices. If we transfer personal information abroad, we will meet applicable notice, consent and other legal requirements. This policy does not treat a visit to the website as automatic consent to cross-border processing, or claim that any unverified cross-border contracts or certifications have been completed.
8. Your rights and choices
To the extent provided by applicable law, you may request access to, copies of, corrections to, additions to or deletion of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent and ask for an explanation of our processing practices. Where applicable, you may request that certain processing be restricted or stopped, obtain a portable copy of your information, or lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
Please email bole@bolebricks.com to contact us. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. To protect your information, we may ask for necessary and proportionate proof of identity. If a representative makes a request on your behalf, we may need to verify their authorization. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why and outline any available remedies. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of that consent before it was withdrawn.
You do not need to provide inquiry information to browse public product pages and resources. If you decline to provide information essential to a particular feature, that feature may not be available, but you can still access unrelated public content. For information processed independently by a third party, you can also exercise your rights through that provider's published contact channels.
9. Protecting children and young people
A product's recommended age is not the same as the age at which someone may authorize the submission of personal information. Minors should use features that involve submitting information under a guardian's guidance. Children under 14 should not submit personal information on their own. If you believe a child has provided information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact our privacy email address. We will investigate and take action in accordance with the law.
10. Policy updates
We will update this policy and its revision date when website features, actual processing activities or applicable requirements change. If we make significant changes to processing purposes, information categories, recipients or how you exercise your rights, we will provide appropriate notice as required by law. Where renewed consent is required, we will ask for it separately.
